Nothing about a lot goes unchecked
Where it came from, what was checked, who has asked about it and what it is worth. A lot carries its whole record, and the part of that record a member is entitled to see is on its page before anybody joins.

Two memberships, and a way to sell
Membership is granted by a person, not bought at a checkout: the desk asks what you are after and grants it. The channel is open to anyone. A membership opens the price, the specification and an introduction to the seller.
